What's Included:
Remove and save all modular shelving, cabinets, and appliances to put in temporary storage • Remove all wall/ceiling coverings (drywall, wood, etc.) • Extend existing electrical: adding abundant outlets and lights • Complete thermal envelope with adequate insulation in walls and ceiling• Add Exhaust Fan(s)• New drywall installed, spackle and finish with two coats of paint • Reinstall shelving, cabinets, appliances, and boxed personal belongings back inside • Floor inspection report

A Heated garage in winter is quite useful.
A new Ventilation system could provide fresh air exchanges as needed. Plus, Air Conditioned garages will open up a new world of possibilities.
Water Station
Putting either hot or cold hose bibs or a sink/wash tub in the garage is a welcome additional convenience.
New Doors and Windows
The old doors and windows can be swapped out for new, or we could create new openings structurally, and add new ones where needed.
Steps/Ramp
Replace the existing to make it more safe, or add a ADA ramp for maximum comfort.
Storage Solutions
New shelving or cabinet systems decrease clutter and increase enjoyment and productivity.
A work bench has obvious usefulness too.
Pull down attic stairs can open possibilities for long term storage of seasonal items like Christmas decorations. We'll install the access and flooring in attic and even help move things in for you.
Additional Living Space
We can finish some of the garage as needed to be as comfortable as the rest of your house. Removing the garage door(s), finishing the inside and outside walls can make your home feel much larger. A ground level master suite, living room, laundry, bathroom, or game room are all possibilities.
